Description     -Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable requirements. -Keeps employee records up-to-date by processing employee status changes on timely basis. -Processes personnel action forms and assures proper approvals; disseminates approved forms. -Prepares paperwork required to place employee on payroll and establishes personnel file. -Coordinate the recruitment process for the blue-collar level starting from posting, sourcing for the potential candidates, performing initial interviews ,arrange technical interviews and perform the placement. -Prepare Social Insurance issues )Form 1, 2 & 6 ). -Receives, reviews, and audits time distribution reporting sheets from employees to enter into a computerized system Generates payroll checks.

Qualifications     -Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Management or related field. -Minimum of 1 years of job related experience preferably in a Personnel department. Well known about: leave requests -Contracts - Social Insurance - Labor Law

Gender     Male

Experience     1 - 2 Years.

Other Skills     .Knowledge of principles, methods, and practices related to payroll activities. •Ability to maintain the confidential information. •Ability to manage several projects and tasks simultaneously. •Problem-solving and business skills.
