Job Description

The position holder is responsible for
• Identifying possible customers
• Approaching / Stopping possible customers
• Promoting / explaining Brilliance Electronics and the product(s) they are selling
• Ensuring customers have a full understanding of the product(s), its functions and specifications
• Demonstrating the single components & functions of the product(s), including major software and tools
• Promoting additional gadgets and accessories of the product
• Ensuring customers have full understanding of warranty, policies and other legal requirements
• Conducting ad-hoc market & customer research
• Receiving broken products, handing them to the company’s driver, following up on repair status, receiving them back from the driver, handing them back to customers
• Maintaining filing systems and notes as instructed by the position’s line manager / the company’s management
• Maintaining relationship with mall managers & customers
• Other duties as assigned by the position’s line manager / the company’s management


• Background in PC tablets industry sales
• Sales experience
• Willing to reallocate.
