Job Description

Experienced receptionist / customer service assistant for a renowned Thai spa located in Deira and Jumeirah area in Dubai.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following role:
* Responsible for the day to day operations of the spa.
* Scheduling guest salon and spa services appointments.
* Greeting guests and escorting to waiting areas
* Educating guests on spa services
* Maximize bookings for each service professional in a fair and consistent manner
* Closing sales and encourage guests to pre- book services
* Provide product recommendations to the clients.
* Attending telephone calls and providing excellent customer service
* Confirming appointments & Informing service professionals of daily schedules and/or any adjustments
* Responsibility for cash and daily reporting cash collections.
* Maintaining the inventory and ensuring the spa is hygienic and clean.
* Performing other duties as assigned

Skills

Skills:
1) Must have minimum diploma qualification.
2) Minimum 3 years experience preferably in a customer service role in a spa or hospitality environment.
3) Computer literate.
4) Fluent in spoken and written English. Spoken Arabic an advantage.
5) Smart in appearance, articulate, confident and well spoken.
6) Team management and business development skills.
