Job Description

Supervise, coordinate the production, activities of cooks and full service of food in the Associate Cafeteria Oversee the preparation of the cafeteria for service, including maintaining proper level of stock, sanitation and safety . Monitor the quantity of food that is prepared. Assist cooks and kitchen staff with various tasks. Provide cooks with needed items. Monitor stock of kitchen supplies and food. Maintain kitchen logs for food safety program and food products. Ensure the quality of the food items and notify manager if a product does not meet specifications.

Skills

Minimum lifting 30 lbs.
Ability to verbally communicate effectively with guests and co-workers.
Pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, upward reaching

Exposure to cleaning chemicals
Prolonged periods of standing and/or walking.
