Job Description

Full time Call Centre Agents are required for our operations in Dubai.
As a Call Centre Agent you are the voice of the company. You will be responsible for attending promptly to customer calls and offering fast, effective professional service and assistance.

Monthly Salary: AED 6,000/- plus benefits

Skills

We require a minimum of 1 to 2 years call centre or customer service experience.

Applicants should have a minimum of a high school degree.

Word, Excel and typing are required.

You MUST be able to work a flexible schedule as per company requirements and business needs.

You must be fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic (French is an added advantage).

You should understand the importance and meaning of good customer service.

You should be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.

You should be friendly and professional at all times to coworkers and customers.
