Job Description

Role Description:
Executive Level point of contact for routine work and Coordination between the compliance and projects team for flawless implementation at the Akoya Project

Collate all documents leading to preparation of Insurance Requisition slips (IRS) to be submitted in a timely manner to compliance

Efficient administration of Insurance programme

Handle all routine documentation requirements as per PCIP document

Accepts invoices, follow up on payment schedules to vendors / contactors/ sub contractors

Timely escalation and necessary resolution to Insurance issues in accordance with SVP

Coordinate all site visits by Principle insurers

Compilation of Insurance related MIS to function

Assists in Preparation of settlement of claims

Coordinate with the office of agents appointed for administering the project if any / directly with the coordinator / sub-contractor etc. on a need based rhythm to resolve issues

Location :Dubai

Qualification / Skills:

§ Graduate with Excellent communication skills

§ Min. 6 yrs of hands on executive experience with a Top insurance company /reputed insurance broker/developer

§ Specific experience with contractors all risk, third party liability as well as plant & machinery insurance cover

§ Eye for detail and sharp analytical aptitude; ability to read fine print

§ Candidates shortlisted may have to take a test for 1 hour (if necessary)

§ Plug and play resource with minimal supervision and training needs
