Job Description – Marketing & Communications Manager

Reporting to: CEO

Job Location: UAE

Job Scope
We are looking to appoint a Marketing Communications Manager. You will be responsible for directing and overseeing the development and implementation of strategic marketing and communication campaigns based on relevant research. You will also be responsible to design, plan and supervise Road shows and events in the MENA region and prepare schedules and submit various reports. You will also need to meet the customer needs with the spectrum of products offered. The candidate shall be responsible for marketing event with all the required product information, communicate sales strategies effectively, customer demos, managing marketing campaigns and social media.

1. Managing competition.
2. Assess customer needs to drive marketing events. 
3. Self managed, self motivated and target oriented individual to meet deadlines.
4. Supervising lower level staff.
5. Determine conceptual outcomes for communication campaigns that achieve the stated strategic goals of the campaign 
6. Manage the production of marketing communications in various media in accordance with unit’s approved strategic marketing plan 
7. Create promotional communications including print, electronic, new media and other collateral of significant strategic value to implement the companies’ overall marketing goals and objectives 
8. Conduct market research in different fields, Primary and secondary research.
9. Take control over the company’s website, by frequently updating all new information, adding new clients to the client’s lists; upload all new product sheets and case studies.
10. Schedule and disseminate print and electronic communications and placement of advertising 
11. Administer existing companies editorial policies and ensure editorial and visual compliance 
12. Lead presentation teams in presentations of creative work to clients and administrators 
13. Maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors and other departments as necessary 

Working conditions:
• Travelling within and outside UAE.


• Graduate in Marketing with minimum 3 years experience.
• Experience in Marketing Health care would be an added advantage. 
• Fluent in speaking Arabic & English.
• Strong communication skills both written and oral.
• Excellent copy-writing skills in order to check and create content for social media, e-mail campaigns, website and other off- line material.
• All aspects of online marketing.
• Great time and project management abilities. 
• Positive & Dynamic personality.
• Good knowledge of the market.
• Expert in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
