Job Description

1. Get a clear picture of the Current Vacancies and the Job Description from the client.
2. Source and Short-list resumes.
3. Conduct Telephonic and Personal Interviews with the short-listed candidates.
4. Propose the resumes to the client.
5. Liaise and coordinate for interviews and closure.
6. Complete the documentation and mobilization of the employee.
