Business Development Manager, AED 12,000 per month plus a monthly incentive, RAK, UAE

Job Description

Our well established client is based in Dubai and they are seeking a self driven, enthusiastic Business Development Manager to cover RAK.
Some responsibilities will include:

• Consistently achieve allocated revenue target per month/ quarter
• Refine and implement our client’s Sales strategies
• Identify and develop new sales channels
• Manage and refine the organisations Client Development systems and processes
• Manage and refine Account Management Team and Processes
• Achieve the following individual and team objectives under general guidance of the Business Manager/ CEO and in line with our client’s policies and procedures
• Manage key accounts systematically
• Develop new and maintain existing key account relationships
• Ensure recording of daily material contacts by team members and self in our client’s database.

Skills

Knowledge / experience skills:

• Experience proven success in achieving qualitative and quantitative sales targets
• Has held a managerial position for at least 3 years
• Experience in Sales Travel / Tourism / Hospitality Industry covering the RAK area.
• Experience in Account Management
• UAE experience
• Client Relationship, Development and Management
• Must be able to drive and own a vehicle
