We are currently looking for a Junior Programme Development Executive to join our highly talented and successful business development team. In addition to ensuring the smooth running of our world-leading international financial business conferences, your key responsibilities will include:

•Research and develop the conference agendas, themes, topics, sessions and key discussion points for our portfolio of events
•Identify and secure appropriate high-level speakers through research across our portfolio of events
•Coordinate and support all aspects of speaker management, which includes identifying, confirming and liaising with speakers regarding their participation at the conference
•Control the ongoing development and updates of the conference agenda and topics, and to identify and secure key speakers across our events
•Develop a nice human touch with speaker interactions, being the face of the company when it comes to any issues related to speakers
•Research and develop key issues and the latest news pertaining industry issues and relevant conference topics through research across our portfolio of events


To succeed in this entry level position, you will need to be meticulous with excellent research and planning skills, strong attention to detail, be client focused, be able to work as part of a successful team, and be confident, well spoken and organized.
