Secretary cum Receptionist Confidential Company - Dubai, UAE

Job Description

1. Assist top management in planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and telephone calls.
2. Maintain the filing system, Excellent in preparing correspondence.
3. Maintaining registers.
4. Perform other jobs as assigned.
5. Attend to the incoming and outgoing phone calls; transferring / connecting to the designated line.

Salary and Benefits: Total Package up to AED: 3,500 “Depend on the Experiences and Qualifications”.
Other Benefits: As per Labor Law


Bachelor Degree, Diploma or Secondary school.
Experience in Microsoft excel, word and power point.

(Typing speed should not be less than 55 wpm) with high knowledge of filling system & correspondence in contracting companies.
