Job Description

Maintain adequate supplies of parts and materials to meet requirements.
Issue parts, materials and equipment from stores as required.
Receive replacement stocks of parts, materials and equipment, ensuring that these
are correct in terms of number and specifica¬tion.
Maintain up-to-date records of all stock movements to ensure that optimum stock
levels are maintained.
Carry out regular stock checks to ensure that adequate supplies are maintained.
Reorder stock as required to ensure that the optimum levels of required parts,
materials and equipment are maintained.
Maintain a tidy, safe and efficient stores environment.
Maintain contact with relevant departments to ensure that stock items and stock levels are appropriate to their requirements.

Skills

Education:

Diploma / Secondary-Level Education

Experience:

At least 2 years in similar position.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

Knowledge of automotive spare parts industry.
Good organizing skills.
