Account Executive Manpower Middle East - Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Description

A globally recognized company specializing in agriculture and animal feed production is now looking for a passionate, driven self-starter individual to join their sales team as an Account Executive working along with the UAE Sales Manager and reporting into the Chief Commercial Officer. They are looking for someone with a strong knowledge of the channel, a high level of energy and an ability to develop a strategic plan and partnerships to create value in the marketplace.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide analytical support and recommendations to help grow volume and profitability, including customer/channel business analysis, trend analysis, advertising/promotion impact and cost effectiveness as well as pricing strategy.
• Serve as member of key customer and marketing teams, present category reviews to customer, and assist with customer presentations as required.
• Design, develop, source and implement market analysis tools as required to support specific sales strategies and decisions; execute other special projects as directed by management.
• Acquire the skills to manage and develop new and existing customers within the assigned market and take increased responsibility for this area of the business.
• Own and manage relationships with key dealers, farmers and distributors.
• Develop and implement key dealer/distribution strategies for the territory.
• Provide leadership in developing promotional activities and programs to drive business growth.
• Work with staff agronomists to develop product trials with dealers, distributors and researchers.
• Promote our Services’ line at trade events.
• Ensure continuous customer satisfaction through a closeness approach.
• Develop strategies to penetrate new markets as may be assigned by his direct supervisor.

Skills

To be considered for this opportunity you must have the following skills and attributes:
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• At least five (5) years of agricultural sales and/or marketing experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited institution, preferably in an Agricultural field.
• Strong computer skills (ie. Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong economic thinking and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a customer facing position with strong sales and relationship management skills.
• Demonstrated skills in communication, organization, time management and initiative, as well as a high level of integrity and compliance.
• Must have strong knowledge of consumer products and dealing with national accounts.
• Self-starter, task oriented with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Good leadership, creative problem solving, and project management skills.
• Strong strategic planning, organizational, interpersonal skills; must be able to work effectively in teams with high customer focus.
• Ability to travel and to be on call.
