HR & ADMIN EXECUTIVE MVP Projects - Dubai, UAE

Job Description

To assist the manager in the full spectrum of human resource
management and related functions
Assist in developing, implementing, maintaining and reviewing of
company policies, rules and regulations in compliance with the labor law .
Provide support for manpower planning, recruitment and
selection process
Conduct new employee induction program
Assist in the identification and analyses of staff training,
development and career support needs
Conduct new hire survey and exit interview to improve existing
welfare
Performance appraisal or evaluation of employee
Organise and administer staff consultation and grievance
procedures
Oversee employees’ disciplines and their compliance with
company rules and policies
Follow up on Visa related issues with the PRO
In charge of dealing with the Insurance Brokers on all companies Insurance needs from Medical to TPL etc…

Skills

At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
Knowledge of UAE Labor law and practices
Strong communication skills in English,Arabic is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Independent and possess excellent interpersonal and
communication skills
Proactive, dependable and able to work independently
Possess own transport.
On Husband’s sponsorship.

Education

Minimum a Diploma/Degree in BusinessStudies/Management/HRM
