Restaurant Operation Manager Emirates Hospitality - Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Description

Ensure that all reporting & control procedures in the operations, customer service, quality of production, Hygiene & Cleanliness standards, Maintenance & general administration are completed & in place according to company’s policy & chain operation manual.
• Maintain high quality products by ensuring compliance with all operations procedures.
• Ensure that all branches under his /her supervision are able to achieve QSC objectives as per planned by reviewing & Monitoring Labor planning, scheduling and utilization.
• Enforce & support all training & development plans for all staff under his supervision as per company’s policy.
• Monitor Labor by analyzing store reports, labor scheduling, Labor productivity…
• Ensure understanding of security procedures in all store under his / her supervision.
• Investigate any labor problems in his / her area refers the hot issues to chain management for legal actions.
• Could be assigned for extra assignments by his immediate supervisor.

-knows the UAE market need
-has experience in 5 star hotel.
-Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Hospitality Management
-5-6 years of experience in F&B Operations, out of which 3 years in a managerial role
-Fluency in English; Arabic is a major plus
-Thorough knowledge of POS systems, food costs, and sales analysis is essential cost control.

Hopitality or Hotel Management, Business Management.
