Returns and Refunds

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the order you receive, please contact us. One of our representatives will be happy to help make things right within 30 days of receiving your order.

DAMAGED ITEM / LOW QUALITY PRINT

For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. 

We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in future printing.

RETURNS 

One of the times we may ask for a return is if you wish to cancel an order after it has already begun the printing process.  That is because, at this point, we would not be able to stop production or delivery. Please contact us to arrange the return prior to sending.
